Alabama Electric Cooperative hires Airwind Video & MyShotz
Our job is Fun!
SPAN>
What more can I say? On a recent assignment to shoot
a television commercial showing how the rural
electric cooperatives of Alabama spend time, effort and dollars
to help take care of the environment, MyShotz and Airwind
Video (one of our sister companies) documented some
beautiful areas of Alabama. Ashley Sharer, Debbie and I
worked for three
days shooting the southern part of the state - from the hills and
forests near
Talledaga - through the rivers around Prattville - to the sea
oats in
Gulf Shores.
Thanks to the rural electric cooperatives of Alabama, as well as
other environmentally conscious companies, there is beauty
that will be maintained for generations to come. And, be
looking for the TV spots!

"He said, she said."
I caught this couple fussing on the brick wall behind our
studios in downtown Mobile with a macro lens about a quarter
inch from the critters. They were somewhat translucent and I
guess they
were busy doing whatever it is that ants do. I wish that there
was
something in the shot to show their scale. The only way to
relate their size is to say that the twig they were climbing was
about the size of a piece of spaghetti. Sometime soon I'll
show more photos of these interesting ants.
Nature always has photo opportunities - and sometimes you
have to look really close to capture it!
