Even if purple was not our family's favorite color this micro-pic would be fabulous! On one of our little weekend adventures in our airplane, Angel2, we got stranded in Destin. Due to heavy fog we had to stay overnight, unexpectedly. That simple delay made it possible to capture the early morning dew drops on this pretty little pansy in the garden at the hotel. Be flexible when traveling, always have your camera, and don't forget to SHOOT the flowers! |

Uhh... anyone want to stop by the "Roadkill Cafe?"
We snapped this poor unfortunate fellow... one day when we were stuck in traffic. While others were honking and fussing about the mass of cars backed up at the intersection, we were grabbing the camera and hanging out of the window just hoping that the lights wouldn't change! This photo just goes to show you that many times there is a photo opportunity when you least expect it. |

Dancing with light!
... mirrored balls and shapes of glass reflecting in the late afternoon sunshine. This was what we found at a booth this past spring at the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival. You never know what pic is out there just waiting to be snapped by the observant camera toter!
